ATLA - Under The Moonlit Sky

Whoops, I'd almost forgotten to post this--

Anyway, remember that journal in which I mentioned that I probably just had to "explore the [Avatar] fandom" to get my creative juices or whatever flowing again?

Heh! Go figure, I was right!

Turns out that I ended up rewatching Avatar a third time with my best friend and we also watched Legend of Korra, both seasons (but this is a story for another day). After that, I just did the thing I usually do after really getting into something: exploring the fandom.

Turns out all that fanart, fanfiction and stuff helped me getting back to drawing! Not just Avatar, my hetalianism is back too! QvQ I really hope I'll be able to stay in both fandoms, usually I'm mainly into just one thing but hopefully it'll be different this time! >v<


Anyway, I originally just felt like drawing/coloring Yue because she has such a lovely design hhhh ;u; But then somehow Sokka and a lame moon and a background showed up too-- And blue, looots of blue ;7; The overall idea is pretty overdone, but whatever, I had fun doing it ;v;

Overall, I'm pretty happy with how this came out! ;u; And Sokka and Yue is just pure love /)w(\ //casually sobs about that one scene in the show omg

I just wonder if I'm getting any better at drawing faces in profile-- I feel like I'm slowly getting better, but Sokka looks kinda girly and derpy QvQ Also dark-skinned people--

Well, so I guess you can expect stuff from me soon, I already have some sketches that I plan to finish uvu Specially an art trade that I plan to finish by tomorrow omg
